2021 Rules & Regulations

In general, NGL will follow the rules and guidelines set by the PGA.

1.      Each player is to play their own ball for the entirety of the round for that round to be considered as a solo round

a.      One (1) Mulligan will be allowed per 18 holes and should be marked on the scorecard with a *

b.      Play the hole out.

2.      “Gimme” putts must be given from another NGL member and in general should be within 1 club length from the hole.

3.      At the end of the round, take a picture of your scorecard and send to league manager.

4.      Minimum 3 solo Rounds must be played with another NGL member in order to qualify for the NGL Playoff Tournament.

5.      Playoff Handicaps will be determined based on the average of your most recent 5 solo rounds (3 minimum)

 

Regular Season Scoring

Solo Round

1.      Under 80: 300 pts

2.      80 – 89: 200 pts

3.      90 – 99: 150 pts

4.      100-109: 100 pts

5.      110+: 50 pts

6.      Hole in one: 500pts

7.      Eagle: 100 pts

8.      Birdie: 50 pts

9.      10+ on any single hole: 50 pts (max 1 per round)

Alternate Format (Scramble, Shamble, L/R, Wolf, etc.)

10.   Team Win: 100 pts each

Note: in order for an alternate format round to count towards NGL points, there must be minimum 1 NGL member on opposite teams. Losing team gets no points awarded.
